Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. (You can mention if you offer free shipping above a certain amount.)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email/SMS so you can follow your package.

Delays
Sometimes delays happen due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We'll keep you updated if this happens.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. DIEBY is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
